Responsibilities & Context

Product Knowledge – Maintain thorough knowledge of all products available in the store, their features, prices, and benefits.
Customer Greeting – Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store and offer immediate assistance.
Customer Guidance – Help customers find the right products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Product Demonstration – Demonstrate product features and usage to customers to encourage purchase decisions.
Upselling & Cross-selling – Suggest related or higher-value products to increase the overall sale value.
Billing & Checkout – Ensure a smooth and quick checkout experience using Point of Sale (POS).
Shelf & Display Maintenance – Keep shelves clean, well-stocked, and products neatly arranged at all times.
Stock Awareness – Stay updated on available stock and inform management when products are running low.
Handling Complaints – Listen to customer complaints patiently and resolve issues politely and promptly.
Daily Sales Reporting – Report daily sales figures and customer feedback to the store manager.
Store Cleanliness – Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
Promotions & Offers – Inform customers about ongoing discounts, deals, and promotional offers in the store.
