Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Furniture, Industry, Manufacturing or Large Corporate Organizations.
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, tax, VAT and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in inventory accounting, receivables management and fund control.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and office applications.
  • Checking on purchase dealing with banks. collaboration with payroll

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context

  • Must be capable of internal audit.
  • Supervise and ensure smooth accounting operations of Furniture Factory and other business units in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting transactions records, creditors and debtors control and other related accounting activities.
  • Responsible for managing cash operations, such as: expenses payable, maintenance of maximum and minimum balances, cash verification and recording, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze Daily, Weekly & monthly budgets, fund requisitions and financial performance reports.
  • Ensure proper control, recording and physical verification of fixed assets and inventories.
  • Oversee store operations to ensure adequate support for raw materials, spare parts and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective relationships with banks and coordinate banking activities as required.
  • Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Prepare financial summaries, MIS reports and management reports for decision-making.
  • Guide and supervise Accounts Officers and Executives to ensure efficient departmental operations.
