Responsibilities & Context
- Checking Sales collection as per the sales policy and reporting monthly.
- Checking the bank reconciliation statement report monthly.
- Checking the Comparative statement, Quotations, and Purchase order.
- Market Visit.
- Report monthly on the comparison report of the previous and present purchase rate.
- Report on the weakness and non-compliance of the procurement systems.
- Checking fund transfer from central accounts to operational accounts
- Site visit of the Project and report accordingly.
- Report on accounts payable.
- Report on accounts receivable.
- Checking salary/wages/Overtime and incentive Sheet
- Physical inventory
- Checking the monthly/yearly financial statements and report on non-compliance.
- Checking Cash/Bank payment vouchers and journal vouchers.
- Checking VAT & Tax deduction compliance
- Physically Checking Sub-contractor’s bills.
- Any other assignment, if or when required by the management.
