Responsibilities & Context:

Tender submission in eGP system and Manually, EOI submission, RFP submission,
Meeting & Communicate with clients physically & virtually
Email marketing, Phone call & Free Visit
Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance
Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Business development nationally and internationally.
Prepare Documentation for projects.
Prepare business plan and implement that ensure company’s strong presence and expands customer base.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status in the market.
Able to liaise between customers, internal teams and if require product supplier/ principals to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, solutions and services according to customer needs.
Drive sales process from lead generation to close sales and pipeline management.
Prepare presentation for products and services following to customer requirements and present/pitch/explain to the customers.
Preparing Commercial proposal/offer including after sales services proposition.
