Requirements
Education
- Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification, such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent, will be highly preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 55 years
- Minimum 07–10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 03 years in a managerial position.
- Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or large service-oriented organization will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations of the hospital.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
- Strengthen internal controls and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure operational excellence.
