Responsibilities & Context

Business:

  • R.M. Interlinings Ltd is an export-oriented Interlining manufacturing company located at CEPZ, Chittagong and the Corporate Office in Mohakhali, Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Search & identify potential target customers including modern trade, retail and franchise for selling interlinings products in selective locations of target customer group.
  • Support in retail expansion, new outlet acquisition, and franchise/modern trade communication.
  • By analyzing market, competitors’ activity discovers new market to expand modern trade, lifestyle brand and franchise to meet consumer demand.
  • Plan for primary sales through onboarding franchise to ensure primary sales target.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
  • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and prepare business growth strategies.
  • Development and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and to maximize market penetration.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and complete payment.
  • Proactively addressing customers concerns, issues or obstacles that may arise and providing sustainable solution.
  • Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
  • Prepare regular sales & business development reports for management.
