Responsibilities & Context
Business:
- R.M. Interlinings Ltd is an export-oriented Interlining manufacturing company located at CEPZ, Chittagong and the Corporate Office in Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Responsibilities & Context
- Search & identify potential target customers including modern trade, retail and franchise for selling interlinings products in selective locations of target customer group.
- Support in retail expansion, new outlet acquisition, and franchise/modern trade communication.
- By analyzing market, competitors’ activity discovers new market to expand modern trade, lifestyle brand and franchise to meet consumer demand.
- Plan for primary sales through onboarding franchise to ensure primary sales target.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and prepare business growth strategies.
- Development and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and to maximize market penetration.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and complete payment.
- Proactively addressing customers concerns, issues or obstacles that may arise and providing sustainable solution.
- Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
- Prepare regular sales & business development reports for management.
