Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS)
  • BBA/MBA/BBS/MBS in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Candidates from Construction Management/Engineering background will get preference

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, bookkeeping, and mathematical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle financial confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage daily financial transactions, cash flows, and maintain accurate ledger records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and expense reports.
  • Coordinate and process staff salaries, vendor payments, and utility bills.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement of office supplies, and inventory
  • management.
  • Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices, and project-wise cost tracking.
  • Assist in banking activities and manage fund disbursements efficiently.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to management as required.
