Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- BBA/MBA/BBS/MBS in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates from Construction Management/Engineering background will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational, bookkeeping, and mathematical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle financial confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage daily financial transactions, cash flows, and maintain accurate ledger records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and expense reports.
- Coordinate and process staff salaries, vendor payments, and utility bills.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement of office supplies, and inventory
- management.
- Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices, and project-wise cost tracking.
- Assist in banking activities and manage fund disbursements efficiently.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to management as required.
