Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate with production team on order requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Handle cash and cheque payments, forward to accounts department
- Maintain constant contact with clients, gather feedback, inform supply chain
- Manage claims, samples, and feedback through online platforms
- Engage with potential clients online and offline, sell products
- Source and provide product samples to cafes and restaurants, gather feedback
- Resolve client issues promptly and report to supply chain
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of new products
Note – Candidate with bike will be given highest preference
