Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in Advanced MS Excel.
- Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project;
- Possess compliance mindset and innovation focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills·
- Ability to handle complex situation·
- Good negotiation skill and communication skill in English and Bengali.

Job Context:
Dhakathai Alcomaxx Plc. is the largest Aluminium profile manufacturing company in Bangladesh looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who have experience on Cost & internal audit in the largest building material industrial unit.
Job responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing data about a company`s operational costs
- Setting standard costs of manufactured goods
- Developing and analyzing cost standards
- Check and verified all kind of bills and vouchers, inventory management, comprehensive audit.
- Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to the management
- Recommending changes to the company`s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
- Acting as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator between corporate office and the factory in terms of cost accounts.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
