Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
Experience

- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements
- 2-3 years of working experience in administration or finance in Bangladesh, familiar with local tax and labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Meticulous, responsible and communicative; able to work efficiently under multitasking workload.
- Candidates who speak Chinese are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Company Profile
We are a legally registered Chinese-invested enterprise in Bangladesh, mainly engaged in international trade and local business operations. We serve as a localized service platform for Chinese manufacturing companies. With stable business and on-time salary payment, we fully comply with local laws and regulations. We are now looking for a competent Admin Finance Officer to take charge of relevant work independently.
Work Location: Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily financial accounting, including income and expenditure recording, document verification and sorting of bank documents.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, and assist with tax declaration, VAT settlement and annual audit.
- Calculate staff salaries and expense reimbursements, maintain financial ledgers, and submit bilingual (Chinese & English) financial reports to the China team on a regular basis.
- Manage daily administrative affairs, including office supplies procurement, workplace maintenance, logistics support and travel arrangement.
- Conduct basic office work: attendance statistics, employee file management, and processing of labor contracts and work permits.
- Liaise with local government departments, handle compliance matters and ensure smooth company operation.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Note: Cash collection & payment, online banking transfer and fund approval are undertaken directly by the Chinese management team. This position has no access to cash.
