Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Literature, ELT, or relevant discipline. Strong command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
Experience

- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Training Institutes

- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and conduct effective English language classes for students according to the school curriculum.
- Develop students’ fluency in spoken and written English through interactive and practical learning methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, debate, drama, presentations, reading habits, and project-based learning.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and guardians.
- Identify slow learners and provide additional academic support when required.
- Participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, school events, competitions, and English clubs.
- Integrate technology and multimedia tools into classroom teaching when possible.
- Support the school’s vision of holistic education and character development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and management for continuous academic improvement.
