  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and LMS platforms.
  • Fluent in Bangla with a working knowledge of English.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality caregiving training in line with NSDA standards, while actively supporting learner mobilization and enrollment for smooth program execution.
  • Capable of planning, conducting, and evaluating both theoretical and practical training sessions based on the NSDA caregiver curriculum, ensuring learners build strong caregiving skills, professionalism, and ethical values.
  • Skilled in General Caregiving (Level 2) and Caregiving for Elderly Persons (Level 3), Advanced Caregiver (Level 4)
  • Trainers with NSDA-certified CBT&A (Level 4) under NTVQF/BNQF will be given preference.
  • At least 2 years of experience in TVET training will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates who are currently working as Caregiving ASSESSORS will be given preferance.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Train to conduct theoretical and practical sessions for General Caregiving (L-2) and Caregiving for Elderly Persons (L-3) courses, L-4 (Advanced Caregiving).
  • Use learner-centered, competency-based teaching methods.
  • Demonstrate caregiving procedures, including hygiene, mobility assistance, elderly care, communication, and safety.
  • Encourage soft skills like empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Prepare lesson plans, session plan, materials, and assessments as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Identify and engage potential learners through field visits, referrals, and online campaigns.
  • Coordinate with community leaders, NGOs, and local authorities for outreach.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants based on NSDA criteria.
  • Maintain records of interested candidates and mobilization sources.
  • Organize orientation and onboarding for selected learners.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments (written and practical).
  • Provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with admin, procurement, and project teams for smooth training execution.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on training status and learner attendance.
  • Participate in trainer meetings, refreshers, and evaluation reviews.
  • Experience in learner mobilization or community engagement preferred.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to handle mixed-gender and diverse learners.
