- Assess students’ performance through classwork, homework, tests, and exams
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and behavior
- Use effective teaching strategies suitable for different learning abilities
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage moral values
- Support students’ overall academic and personal development
