Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with proven experience in building finishing works. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the quality of all finishing activities from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all building finishing works, including plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, sanitary, and electrical finishing.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain quality and deadlines.
- Measure work progress and verify contractor bills as required.
- Maintain daily site reports and coordinate with the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
