Responsibilities & Context
- Efficiently utilize manpower and oversee machine maintenance.
- Perform breakdown maintenance and conduct root cause analysis.
- Monitor and control utility usage to optimize efficiency.
- Implement and sustain 5S practices to ensure a safe and organized workplace.
- Manage dyeing quality, minimize rejects, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Oversee asset monitoring to ensure proper utilization and upkeep.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to enhance machine longevity.
- Maintain process documentation and track target achievements.
- Supervise machine installation, maintenance, and spare parts management.
- Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
