Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Candidate must have multiple experiences like marketing, operation, quality, administration, compliance, IE, and overall supervision of the woven industry.
- Strong communication skills and at least 5 years of working experience as a CEO or in a similar post in the woven industry running over 70 lines.
- Ability to study, analyze, and interpret complex activities and new developments and strong communication skills to stabilize the modern Lean thinking concept.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, modern inventory management software & procurement software.
- Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation skills related to manpower.
