- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- In Some explant analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and ensure the quality of construction activities at the site.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and provide technical guidance for quality assurance.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare detailed reports on quality control measures.
- Coordinate with project, engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures for all phases of construction.
- Maintain document in report of quality activities and non-conformance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations at the site.
