Responsibilities & Context
- SDE is looking for an efficient Architect / Interior Architect who has sound knowledge on Architecture and Interior design.
- Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
- Excellent graphical representation skill.
- Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
- Innovative and skilled in design development.
- Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
- Have the passion about green architecture.
- Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Drafting the drawings as required.
- Can work under pressure.
- Rajuk / CDA Drawings preparation.
- Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
- Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
