Requirements

Education

  • B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)/ BBA in Business, Marketing in relevant field from any reputed University.

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Additional Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the solar industry or a related field.

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking.
  • Ability for analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint for various tasks.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for solar & BESS system solution.
  • Visit potential customers and promote solar & BESS solutions.
  • Submit quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales & to receive new queries.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and project implementation.
  • Collect market information and report competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Submit regular activity reports to management.
