Additional Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.
Female candidates will get preference.
Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.
Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.
To know the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing Operation.
Solid team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct time study, motion study, and method analysis for production processes.
Prepare operation breakdown, SMV calculation, and production layout planning.
Support line balancing and manpower allocation activities to improve productivity.
Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, and line performance regularly.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams for operational improvement.

Analyze production data and prepare IE reports and MIS updates.
Support style changeover and production line setup activities.
Monitor machine utilization and operational workflow efficiency.
Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
Conduct capacity planning and target setting based on production requirements.
Assist in productivity improvement projects and continuous improvement programs.
Maintain IE documentation, process records, and operational analysis reports.
Support operator training regarding method improvement and process standardization.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and process standards.
