Responsibilities & Context
- Site visit, supervision and quality control at construction sites & checking as per specified Checklist of all structural work & finishing work such as Form Work, Reinforcement work, block laying work, Block work, Plaster work, Tiles work etc.
- Casting work supervision, ensuring concrete quality and taking cylinder sample for test.
- Study and ensuring implementation of Structural & Architectural drawings of different projects.
- Ensuring safety & security measures all works at project.
- Supervision & Monitoring of all finishing work.
- Provide necessary technical support & instant solution at site.
- Preparation of site visit report and submitted to the management.
- Ensuring all Construction materials quality of ongoing project.
- Quality assurance of all new shuttering materials by visiting vendor workshop.
- Quality assurance of all door frame & door shutter wood by visiting CAIDL Store.
- Approve and process supplier bills through the ePIC system after confirming materials quality.
- Site visit to ensure the method and quality of structure and finishing works of project as per provided specified Checklist.
