Responsibilities & Context
SWAN Properties Ltd. (A. Sister Concern of SWAN Foam++)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Construction Project.
- Physical supervision of construction work.
- Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
- Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
- Ensuring work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
- Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
- Ensure safety and security at site. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
