Responsibilities & Context
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team collaboration. Review and approve electrical designs, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC), and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with clients & contractors.
- Monitor project budgets and control expenses.
- Optimize use of manpower, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues or delays.
- Ensure all systems meet design specifications and safety requirements.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, test reports, approvals).
- Report project status to senior management or clients regularly.
