Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of RAJUK approval drawing requirements.
- Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare architectural working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed design documentation.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detail drawings.
- Prepare submission drawings for authorities and regulatory approvals.
- Revise drawings based on design development, consultant comments, and site requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings and record drawings when required.
- Assist architects in preparing presentation drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
- Conduct site visits for measurement verification and construction coordination when necessary.
