Education

Experience

- At least 8 years

- Age At least 30 years
- Strong technical skill and trouble shooting expertise required.
- Should have computer literacy Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
- Ability to priorities for deadlines.
- Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
- Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all sewing machines to achieve production targets.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for sewing equipment.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Attend daily QCO, PPM and style review meeting.
- Analyze machine performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
- Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Support production teams during style changes, machine setup, and line balancing activities.
- Ensure compliance& QMS audit with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and machine efficiency records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, IE, and engineering teams to improve sewing process efficiency and machine utilization.
- Make training plan to develop the team.
- Communicate the machine supplier to develop the process.
