Responsibilities & Context
- Incoming material Quality Control (IQC)
- In process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure to ensure quality.
- Assist the Supply Chain functions with qualifying and monitoring outside manufacturers and suppliers.
- Reviewing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist R&D to develop and design new products.
- Reviewing Photometric test report.
- Monitoring usage of utilities & reduce rejection to ensure efficiency &effectiveness of operations.
- Reporting to the higher authority over daily and monthly fault analysis
- Find out the fault from the line over ongoing and incoming raw-finished to the floor
- Research for new methods and procedures for product improvement, providing solutions to problems related to quality
- Reviewing customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Reporting to the higher authority about any kind of raw mismatch and quality fault and sort out solution.
