Experience

- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance, and production processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a production-based environment and learn operational best practices.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Dal Mill to ensure smooth and efficient production activities under the guidance of project head.
- Monitor daily production activities and assist in achieving production targets as per sales forecasts and operational plans.
- Support factory maintenance activities to ensure optimum machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels, raw material consumption and stock movement to support uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely product dispatch under the guidance of senior management.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials under the supervision of project head.
- Observe and report production performance, machine efficiency, and operational challenges.
- Maintain production records, reports, and relevant operational documentation.
- Follow company policies, safety standards and quality control procedures.
