Responsibilities & Context
- M/C maintenance.
- Process check.
- KPI, KYT & M/C Risk assessment.
- Production & Delay follow-up.
- Remake, Defect analysis.
- Mold Management. (In-Out)
- 5S & Safety management.
- Communication with other section for S&B issue.
- M/C operation control.
- Raw & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
- Scrap & Garbage Handling.
- Set up daily production plan & Utilize Man, Machine, Method, Material & Time.
- Shift Management.
- Customer place visit for claim investigation.
- Ensure Dress, shoe & PPE for all employees.
