Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male

Responsibilities & Context

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computers and computer peripherals like Desktop PC, Printer, Scanner, Monitor, Motherboard & amp; UPS etc.
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively to ensure timely resolution of hardware issues.
  • Prepare & amp; maintain Daily/Regular service reports of repaired equipment to service head including records and TAT. Share long pending/billing issues regularly with RMA head.
  • Assist the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) team with customer claims and warranty services.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to our products and services.
  • Ensure proper handling of devices and maintain service standards.
