Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Diploma in Electrical
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) preferred.
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also apply.
  • Graduates from other disciplines with strong sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience

    • 1 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 30 years

Experience Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience in Electrical, Power, Transformer, Substation, Industrial Equipment or Engineering Products will be given preference.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for business purposes.

Aminferoza Engineering Ltd. is a leading ISO Certified manufacturer of Substation Equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, ATS, MDB, DB and other electrical solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government, semi-government and private sector clients.
  • Promote and market Substation Equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, ATS, MDB, DB and related electrical products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Visit clients, consultants, contractors and industrial customers regularly.
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals and follow up with clients.
  • Collect and analyze market information and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Participate in tenders, project negotiations and business development activities.

Job Location:

  • Dhaka (with frequent business travel across Bangladesh)
