Responsibilities & Context
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
- Produce 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture, fixtures, lighting and décor elements.
- Prepare project specifications, BOQ, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise interior works to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and workmanship.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues during project implementation.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
