Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of aluminum doors & windows, curtain walls, glass systems, and facade engineering.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- A clear understanding of civil engineering drawing/design, layout plan, site preparation, ground levelling, soil testing, foundation, building construction and implementing knowledge on construction projects etc.
- Reporting project manager on regular basis, Monitoring project costs and variations, development cost estimation and to ensure smooth functioning in respect of site/projects work in progress.
- Stay at site is mandatory.
