Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • BSc in Civil Engineering from a recongised university.
  • Candited should be Proven experience in project planning,site execution and project coordination.
  • Experience in warehouse,industrial,commercial or high-rise projects will be an advantage.

Experience

    • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

The selected candidate will act as the Managing Director’s representative on project matters and shall:

  • Assist in planning,execution,monitoring and control of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and government authorities.
  • Prepare and review project schedules using primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety and budget performance.
  • Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, tender documents and technical proposals.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors and supplier performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports and presentation.
  • Support procurement planning and contract administration.
  • Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Assist in business development, project bidding and strategic planning activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
