Responsibilities & Context
- A clear understanding of civil engineering drawing/design, layout plan, site preparation, ground levelling, soil testing, foundation, building construction and implementing knowledge on construction projects etc.
- Must have practical experience and clear knowledge about fair face construction process.
- Certifying Project Material Requisitions, maintain updated records of construction materials, and delivery information and maintain stock status at site coordination with storekeepers.
- To supervise and closely monitor daily quality/timely construction and ensure overall site/project safety and security.
- To produce and upkeep the daily/weekly/monthly progress report as per management/superior requirement.
- Reviewing construction documents.
- Reporting project manager on regular basis, Monitoring project costs and variations, development cost estimation and to ensure smooth functioning in respect of site/projects work in progress.
- Stay at site is mandatory.
