Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Solar Energy

Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical distribution.
Familiarity with net metering policies, grid interconnection, and renewable energy regulations in Bangladesh.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Responsibilities & Context

Lead the end-to-end execution of solar PV projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards, and HSE requirements.
Review engineering designs, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Manage procurement and logistics activities related to project execution.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
Support business development teams with technical proposals and project feasibility assessments.
