Responsibilities & Context
- Review and verify structural designs, calculations, and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, engineering standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Supervise structural works at project sites and ensure quality construction practices.
- Review BOQ, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved structural drawings and designs.
- Liaise with RAJUK and other relevant authorities regarding drawing approvals and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve structural and construction-related issues efficiently.
