Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing
- Graduation or Post Graduation from any reputed Public or Private University
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context
- Candidates must have practical experience in handling Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, etc.) merchandising activities.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and customer comments.
- Coordinate with buyers, factories, QA teams, and suppliers regarding day-to-day merchandising operations.
- Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) plans and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor order status from development to shipment.
- Assist in costing preparation and price analysis.
- Maintain merchandising files, records, and approval documents.
- Ensure all customer requirements are properly communicated to production teams.
- Follow up fabric, trims, accessories, printing, washing, and production processes.
- Coordinate shipment booking and shipping documentation as required.
- Review tech packs and highlight any critical issues to the factory.
- Support senior merchandising team in order execution and customer communication.
- Maintain effective communication in both English and Bangla.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.
