Responsibilities & Context
- Review new styles during product development and recommend quality and process improvements.
- Monitor sample development and ensure customer requirements are achieved before submission.
- Oversee raw material approvals and maintain accurate production style documentation.
- Lead technical training programs and ensure compliance with the AEO QA Manual and factory SOPs.
- Conduct regular SOP audits, QA evaluations, and competency development programs.
- Review Size Sets, organize PP Meetings, and monitor Pilot Runs before bulk production.
- Ensure approved PP comments are implemented in pilot and bulk production.
- Analyze daily quality reports, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor Inline, End-line, Pre-Final, and Final Audit performance to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Ensure all shipments pass internal quality inspections before customer or third-party audits.
- Conduct monthly AEO SOP audits and drive continuous quality improvement across all departments.
