- Age 28 to 38 years
- Only Male
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- The candidate should be technically sound in the Garments (Knit) costing & manufacturing process.
- Work experience with LPP & LCWAIKIKI buyers will get preference.
- Product development and execution of orders.ยท
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context
- Handle and manage assigned buyers/accounts independently.
- Develop new product samples as per buyer requirements and market trends.
- Prepare accurate costing and price negotiations with buyers.
- Coordinate closely with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on order status, approvals, trims, fabrics, and accessories to avoid delays.
- Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding order progress, shipment status, and problem resolution.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to TNA plans and critical path schedules.
- Analyze market trends and proactively propose new styles, fabrics, and techniques to buyers.
- Prepare regular reports on order status and potential risks for management review.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications.
- Manage documentation and processes related to order execution, including POs, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify suitable suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
