Responsibilities & Context
- Order Management: Track orders from booking to dispatch using Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
- Costing & Pricing: Prepare cost sheets, analyze margins, and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
- Product Development: Coordinate sampling and approvals (lab dips, trims).
- Production Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing, dyeing, and finishing units to resolve bottlenecks and ensure on-time line feeding.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure production meets buyer standards and compliance requirements.
- Buyer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for client feedback, order status updates, and seasonal demand planning
