Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CA (CC) / CMA (Partly Qualified) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
-
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- 5–8 years of practical experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 100% Knit Garments Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, VAT & Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software / ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain daily accounting transactions, general ledger, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare budgets, cost analysis, and financial forecasts.
- Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
