Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure products meet customer quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and in-line quality checks.
- Monitor production quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review first output garments against approved samples and measurements.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, and Management to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain quality reports daily and present them to management.
- Ensure all testing is completed and approved before shipment.
- Train, evaluate, and develop QA team members while maintaining floor discipline.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
