- Minimum 20 years’ experience working in a garment factory in cutting section.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Cutting Section
- Capable of manpower planning, team supervision, and coordination with production and merchandising teams.
- Able to monitor fabric reconciliation, minimize wastage and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the entire fabric cutting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cutting schedules to meet production targets.
- Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
- Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
- Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan.
- Cutting quality and fusing quality control.
- To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
- Line input shall be given as per Order – Plan – Cut. Any other task assigned by the Management.
