Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
Experience

- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a reputed garment manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in managing a large sewing operation with 500 machines or above.
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of garment production processes and productivity improvement.
- Ability to handle multiple production lines effectively.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, organize, and control all sewing production activities.
- Manage and monitor two sewing floors with approximately 500 machines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Improve productivity and optimize manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with IE, Planning, Quality, Technical, and Maintenance teams.
- Minimize production losses and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
