Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • An environmental degree is preferable.

Experience

    • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Must have practical Job Experience.
  • Must have good computer knowledge in Office applications (Ms word, MS Excel, Internet, e-mail & etc.)
  • The applicant must be well conversant with labor law & labor Rules.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Handle, supervise, and give instructions on all kinds of internal affairs, related to laws & Rules, company policy, as well as Buyer CoC.
  • Coordinate with the Buyer’s office and report time to time as desired.
  • Organize, manage, and lead any social and safety audit.
  • Coordinate with the sustainability team.
  • Conduct and supervise internal audit and work to rectify the findings.
  • Supervise all kinds of welfare-related issues.
  • Give training to workers as well as staff on various issues.
  • Higg FEM/FSLM knowledge is a highly required.
  • Capable of handling GRS, RCS, OCS, GOTS audits.
  • Experience with BHive handling.
  • Good knowledge of Textile Gazette.
  • Report to management as desired.
  • Communicate and maintain liaison with DIFE, DOL & FSCD office and to give decision.
  • Handling and reporting all BTMA/BGMEA issues.
