Responsibilities & Context
We are 100% export-oriented Sweater Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic General Manager – Merchandising & Marketing to lead the Sweater Merchandising & Marketing Department of a Sweater Factory.
Job location will be Ashulia, Savar.
- Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
- Search and develop business with existing and new buyers.
- Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
- Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
- Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
- Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / delivery / shipment.
- Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
- Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
