Proven experience in project sales within the solar industry or electronics industry.
Demonstrated record of successfully closing project deals (residential, commercial, or industrial).
Practical knowledge of solar systems or electrical installations.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Responsibilities & Context
Generate and close project-based sales for solar and electronics solutions.
Identify potential clients, develop proposals, and negotiate project pricing.
Conduct site assessments to determine customer energy needs and system feasibility.
Coordinate with the technical team to design, install, and maintain solar power systems for residential and commercial clients.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, quotations, and cost estimations for projects.
Work with project managers to develop efficient solar energy solutions.
Stay updated on the latest solar energy trends and technologies.
Support clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring excellent communication and tailored solutions.
Learn and improve driving skills (if not licensed already). Candidates with a valid driving license will be preferred; otherwise, the company will assist in obtaining a license.
Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain excellent customer service.
Maintain professional ethics and teamwork to contribute to company growth and client satisfaction.
Adapt quickly to the company’s workflow, policies, and procedures.
