The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Group of Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Resort, School, Software Company, University

Additional Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, building and construction materials, direct selling, or marketing service companies.

The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in team coordination, senior sales, or sales supervision roles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong client-handling ability with a professional and confident personality.

Good understanding of real estate sales process, customer behavior, and Dhaka property market.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Good team coordination and follow-up skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be disciplined, organized, responsible, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

TechVen Properties Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Assistant Manager, Sales to support the company’s real estate sales growth and strengthen client conversion activities.

The selected candidate will assist the Manager, Sales in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, coordinating site visits, following up with prospective buyers, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.

Reports To: Manager, Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager, Sales, in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Handle prospective clients, understand their requirements, and guide them with suitable real estate project options.

Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits professionally.

Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure proper conversion through effective communication and negotiation.

Assist in preparing and maintaining the sales pipeline, client database, follow-up records, and daily sales activity reports.

Coordinate with sales executives to monitor lead status, client feedback, visit schedules, and deal progress.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and potential buyers.

Support sales campaigns, property launches, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.

Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales to build trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, competitor updates, and client insights for management.
