Requirements
Education
BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university
PGD in HRM will get preference
Experience
1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
Must have experience in factory HR Administration, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Relations
Responsibilities & Context
Maintain employee’s daily attendance in Kormee Software and calculate overtime.
Ensure leave posting and maintaining its record.
Maintain the procedure of disciplinary actions as per labor law.
Maintain the employee’s resignation, dismissal, discharge and termination procedure and its record.
Prepare different payments such as: final settlement, maternity leave benefit bill (prenatal & postnatal), subsistence allowance bill, etc.
Prepare payroll preparation sheet and guide for necessary checking.
Coordinate in recruitment processes for factory staff including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Prepare workers increment and promotion list & keep the approved copy as further record keeping.
Assist in different assessment of training needs, In-house training program, orientation program etc.
Provide administrative support to the factory management team as required.
