Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Receive inbound customer calls and respond professionally.

Promote the company`s products or services over the phone.

Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly.

Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
